One-ear stepless clamps (also called Oetiker-style clamps or crimp clamps) provide a clean, low-profile, tamper-evident hose connection. The single raised ear is crimped with swaging pliers to create a permanent, uniform seal around the hose — no threads, no adjustment, no sharp band ends. Once installed, the clamp cannot be loosened without cutting it off.
