How to make a band clamp

1. Cut the stainless steel band to your required length
2. Slide the Quick Lock housing onto the band
3. Install to your required diameter

An instruction sheet is included with every kit. No special tools required beyond tin snips.

All Stainless W4 — 304 Stainless Steel
Band and Quick Lock housings are both 304 stainless steel. Fully corrosion resistant. Suited to automotive, marine, agricultural, and industrial applications where all-stainless construction is required.

Semi-Stainless W3 — Part No. 2002W2
AISI 430 (W3) 9mm stainless band with zinc plated Quick Lock housings. A cost-effective option for applications that do not require fully stainless hardware.
