Constant Torque Hose Clamps
Constant torque hose clamps maintain consistent clamping pressure as hoses expand and contract with temperature — making them the preferred choice for high-heat applications where standard worm drive clamps can loosen over time.
Also known as T-bolt clamps or spring-loaded clamps, constant torque clamps are widely used in turbocharged and high-performance automotive engines, heavy vehicle cooling systems, marine exhaust hose connections and industrial pipework subject to thermal cycling.
Unlike standard hose clamps, constant torque designs use either a spring-loaded mechanism or a pre-tensioned band to automatically compensate for hose movement. The result is a more reliable seal in demanding environments where re-torquing isn't practical.
Uniclamp stocks constant torque clamps in W2 and W4 grades, available individually and in packs. If you're working on a turbo hose, a heavy vehicle intercooler or a marine exhaust connection, these are the correct clamps for the job.
The 8000 Series Belleville spring constant torque clamps in this range are manufactured in an IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certified facility.
