The Q-1 (part number B2666) is the entry-level slasher gearbox in the Bareco 9980 Series, rated to 40HP and suited to 3 to 4 foot slasher platforms. This is the standard workhorse gearbox for smaller tractors and domestic or light agricultural slashing applications. Freight is paid to any destination in Australia.

Suitable For

The Q-1 B2666 suits 3 to 4 foot slasher platforms commonly found on compact and mid-range tractors. The 1:1.93 gear ratio increases blade speed relative to PTO input, which is the standard configuration for this class of slasher. If your platform is larger or your tractor is higher horsepower, refer to the Q-2 (75HP) or Q-3 (100HP) models in this range.

For applications requiring a gearbox without a separate stub shaft coupler, the Q-1C B82666 with integral output hub is also available. Add EP140 gear oil before first use.
