The 9960 Series 8297 is a double filter and water separator assembly with twin metal bowls. The metal bowl version of our 7299 twin filter — supplied for diesel applications where impact resistance and durability are priorities over visual water inspection.

The twin bowl configuration delivers two-stage filtration: a primary filter to capture larger particulates and water, then a secondary filter for fine particle removal before fuel reaches the injection pump. Metal bowls handle harsh service conditions — vibration, impact, dust and extreme temperatures — without the failure modes of glass.
