The 7750 Series spring loaded T bolt clamps are W3 stainless clamps with a coil spring  on the bolt, designed to maintain constant clamping load on turbocharger, intercooler and charge air connections as the silicone hose and metal pipework expand and contract through the heat cycle.

Standard rigid T bolt clamps lose tension as silicone hose softens at temperature and as the system heats and cools — the coil spring on the 7750 Series compresses and releases to take up that movement, keeping the joint sealed and preventing the boost leaks that plague performance and modified diesel applications. Sizes 63-72mm to 216-224mm cover most charge air piping.
