Spring T-Bolt clamps combine the high clamping torque of a T-bolt mechanism with a spring-loaded housing that maintains constant radial pressure as the hose expands and contracts with temperature cycling. This makes them particularly suited to high-temperature silicone hose applications — turbocharger intercooler pipes, coolant system connections on high-output engines, and industrial hose fittings where thermal expansion would cause a standard clamp to loosen over time. W2 Construction consists of a stainless steel band with a zinc plated bolt and spring.

The T-bolt design delivers significantly higher clamping force than a worm drive clamp and resists vibration loosening under engine and road load. The spring element ensures the clamp remains at consistent torque without re-tightening.
