The 7600 Series Breeze Liner hose clamps incorporate a stainless steel liner, distributing clamping load evenly around the full hose circumference. The liner protects soft and delicate hoses — particularly silicone, thin-wall rubber and some food-grade materials — from the band edge cutting or chafing into the hose surface.

Standard slotted band clamps concentrate load at the slot edges, which on soft hose can lead to extrusion of the hose material into the slots and eventual seal failure. The Breeze Liner solves this for OEM-spec silicone radiator hose, charge air piping, and food-grade and pharmaceutical hose where hose damage is unacceptable. Size range 11-20mm to 105-178mm covers virtually every soft hose application.
