Super Clamps are heavy-duty hose clamps, featuring a wider band and heavy T Bolt housing with a grade 8.8 Bolt— designed for applications where maximum clamping force and band contact area are needed. The wider band distributes load more evenly across the hose surface, reducing the risk of hose deformation under high torque, and the hi tensile bolt handles the higher tightening loads without distortion.

Construction: W2 grade — 430SS stainless steel band, zinc-plated high tensile bolt. Suitable for  agricultural and industrial applications in dry to moderate environments. Not suitable for marine use — for those applications, see the 8500 Series in W4 .

Available in boxes of 10. Commonly used on large-bore hose connections, pipes, and heavy-duty industrial fittings where a standard worm drive clamp lacks the clamping force or band width required.
