The 7700 Series T bolt clamps are W2 grade hinged-band clamps with a captive T bolt and trunnion, designed for higher-pressure connections than worm-drive clamps can handle. Standard fitment on turbocharger and intercooler hoses, charge air pipework, large industrial pumps, marine engine raw water and any flanged or stepped hose connection where a uniform, high-tension seal is required.

The T bolt arrangement applies clamping force evenly around the full band circumference, eliminating the localised distortion that can happen with a worm-drive clamp on a pressurised silicone or reinforced hose. W2 grade — stainless band with plated bolt — gives good corrosion resistance for engine bay, marine and industrial use. Plastic safety end caps are available to cover the bolt thread.
