2-ear clamps (also known as double ear clamps) are the OEM fitment on many automotive fuel and coolant lines, fluid power circuits, pneumatic connections and small-diameter hose terminations. Once crimped with the appropriate pincers, they provide a permanent, leak-tight seal — the preferred specification where adjustability isn't required and reliability is critical.
