The 4000 Series is the Kale W3 general-purpose hose clamp range — a solid band design featuring an unperforated stainless steel band for a smooth, even clamping surface with no band slots. The solid band reduces the risk of hose damage under high clamping loads and is preferred for soft hose materials including silicone, rubber, and flexible tubing where a slotted band may cause localised pressure points.

Construction: 430SS stainless steel band, screw and housing (W3 grade). Band width 12.0mm.  7mm Hexagon headed screw for easy installation with a screwdriver, nut driver or socket.

Suitable for automotive, plumbing, irrigation, and general workshop applications where moisture exposure is intermittent and a smooth clamping surface is preferred. Not suitable for permanent marine environment exposure — for marine applications, see the 4200 Series W4 (304SS) or W5 (316) 4316 series marine grade ranges.

Available in boxes of 10. Plastic safety guards (3050 Series) are available separately to protect against sharp band edges during installation.
