SMART TIES are heavy-duty polymer cable ties engineered for applications where standard nylon ties don't have the strength or chemical resistance needed. Designed for demanding environments including downhole mining, offshore cable management and subsea installations, they can withstand system loads in excess of 1200 kgf.

• ST-20-450: 450mm long x 20mm wide - packs of 10 and 50
• ST-20-600: 600mm long x 20mm wide - packs of 10 and 50
• ST-20-750: 750mm long x 20mm wide - packs of 10 and 50
• ST-32-550: 550mm long x 32mm wide - packs of 5 and 25
• ST-32-850: 850mm long x 32mm wide - packs of 5 and 25

The 450mm x 20mm ties are made from PA66 (Nylon 66). The longer ties in 600mm, 750mm and 850mm are made from PK (Polyketone) material, which offers superior wear resistance, chemical resistance and fuel resistance compared to standard nylon. PA12 (long-life) material is available on application.

Fitting tools are available to match each band width: SMFT-2000-19 for 20mm Smart Ties, SMFT-2000-32 for 32mm Smart Ties. These tools allow fast, consistent tensioning and are designed for use in confined spaces or underwater by divers.
