9990 Series Spline Shafting and Couplings
The 9990 Series spline shafting and female splined couplings supply the matched components needed for PTO drive line repair, fabrication and modification on agricultural and industrial equipment. Spline shafting is used to extend, shorten or rebuild drive line assemblies; female splined couplings join two splined components or adapt a splined shaft to a fixed mounting.
Standard splines are 6-spline (1 3/8" diameter), 21-spline (1 3/8" diameter) and 20-spline (1 3/4" diameter) — covering virtually all common agricultural PTO connections in Australia. Material grades are 1045 carbon steel for general use, with heat-treated high-tensile grade 8 available for high-load applications.
Range available
- 1 3/8" x 6 spline shafting — 250mm, 750mm and 3 metre lengths
- 1 3/8" x 21 spline shafting — 250mm length
- 1 3/4" x 20 spline shafting — 250mm and 1000mm lengths
- Heat-treated grade 8 high tensile shafting in 6 spline and 20 spline
- Female splined couplings in 6 spline, 21 spline and 20 spline patterns
- Heat-treated grade 8 female couplings for heavy duty service
