The 7500 Series Hi Torque clamps are W4 304 stainless worm-drive clamps with a 16mm wide band and a 8mm screw, designed for large-diameter, high-pressure connections where a standard 12mm wide band will not generate the required clamping load. Used on truck and bus radiator hoses, large industrial pumps, irrigation mains, mining plant and marine engine cooling.

The wider band distributes load over a greater hose surface area and resists deformation under high tension, giving a more reliable seal on reinforced rubber, silicone and large bore hose. Full W4 304 stainless construction handles marine, chemical and pool environments. Sizes from 27-51mm to 238-311mm cover virtually every large hose connection in the field.
