The 3200 Series preformed clamps are 304 grade W4 stainless steel rigid-profile clamps wrapped to a fixed diameter and locked together. Unlike worm-drive clamps that adjust through a range, preformed clamps deliver a precise, repeatable clamping diameter and a much higher clamping force — used on hose-to-fitting joints that must not move under pressure or vibration.

Common applications include marine exhaust slip joints, large industrial pump connections, fire system plumbing, mining slurry hose and any high-pressure or high-vibration joint where worm-drive or T bolt clamps will not hold. Available across multiple fixed diameters and band widths from 6.4mm narrow band up to 19.1mm heavy-duty wide band.
