9998 Series Universal Cultivator Points

Universal cultivator points in a range of sizes to suit a wide variety of cultivation machinery. Correct identification requires five measurements: A (overall length), B (width at widest), C (thickness), D (lead from bolt hole to point tip), and E (hole centre spacing). Match all five dimensions to ensure the correct fit.

• B4065 - 280 x 64 x 8mm, D=50mm, E=45-57mm
• B7705 - 300 x 38 x 12mm, D=90mm, E=45-57mm
• B7706 - 300 x 38 x 12mm, D=90mm, E=50mm
• B9705 - 300 x 38 x 12mm, D=90mm, E=50mm
• B9706 - 300 x 38 x 12mm, D=90mm, E=50mm
• B9707 - 300 x 50 x 16mm
• B9708 - 300 x 64 x 16mm
• B9709 - Flat point, 300 x 75 x 19mm, E=50mm

Points in the 12mm and 16mm thickness range are suited to heavier tillage in hard soils. The flat point (B9709) is a weed knife configuration, used for shallow cultivation and inter-row weeding rather than deep penetration. For fitting bolts, refer to the 9975 Series Plough Bolts page.
