SMART BAND fitting tools are purpose-built for applying and tensioning SMART BAND nylon banding. Three tools cover the full band width range, each precision-matched to specific band sizes. The tools are lightweight and engineered for use in confined spaces. They can also be operated underwater by divers for subsea banding applications including wharf pile protection and submarine cable securing.
Each tool achieves consistent, high-retention tensioning with minimal operator effort - important in applications where under-tensioned banding would allow movement or loss of seal. A full user instruction guide is included with each tool. For high-volume production use, pneumatic Smart Band tools with tension-control air regulator are available - contact Uniclamp for specifications.
These tools are designed exclusively for use with SMART BAND products and must be matched to the correct band width. Using the wrong tool for a band width will not achieve correct installation. Manufactured in the UK by HCL Fasteners. Australia-wide shipping available.
