The 6700 and 4700 Series are all stainless W4 304SS marine grade hose clamps in two band widths — the 4700 Series in slim 8mm band for confined area applications and the 6700 Series in wider 12mm band for better sealing on larger diameters. Both ranges are non-magnetic 304 stainless throughout — band, screw and housing.

The wider 12mm band on the 6700 Series distributes clamping load over a greater hose surface area, which is critical on radiator and coolant hoses where a narrow band can cut into the material. The 4700 Series 8mm narrow band is used where the clamp bands of 9-10 and 12mm are too wide — common on European and small engines on motor cycles.
