The 9960 Series 8297 is a twin metal bowl fuel filter and water separator assembly for tractor and agricultural diesel engines. This is the metal bowl version of the twin filter configuration - specified where impact resistance and vibration durability are priorities over visual water level inspection.
Bareco - established in Australia since 1944 - has supplied Delphi-compatible fuel filter parts to the Australian agricultural market for decades. The 9960 Series is compatible with Delphi filtration systems used on a range of tractor models and stationary engines. The twin bowl design provides dual-stage filtration, separating water and particulates before fuel reaches the injection system.
Metal bowls are preferred in field-service environments where glass bowl breakage would cause downtime. Suits applications where the filter assembly is exposed to vibration, impact from debris or rough terrain that would risk a glass bowl.
