The 3200 Series J001 Junior Adapter is a tool attachment used in conjunction with the UC001 universal banding tool when fitting preformed band clamps. The adapter changes the geometry of the banding tool to suit the smaller-diameter, lighter-gauge banding used on preformed clamps.
If you're already using the UC001 for stainless steel band-and-buckle work, the J001 extends the same tool to handle preformed clamps without needing a second dedicated tool. For fleet workshops and trade fitters this saves both cost and bench space.
