Double bolt super clamps are extra-strength heavy-duty hose clamps for large-diameter hoses, silicone couplings and industrial pipework where a single-bolt T-bolt clamp does not provide sufficient clamping force or cannot distribute load evenly around the full circumference. Two grade 8.8 high-tensile hex socket cap screws and solid trunnions allow even tension across both sides of the clamp.

All-stainless W4 304SS construction throughout - band, housing and both bolts. Band width is 20mm up to DBC95-W4 and 24mm from DBC100-W4 onwards, providing the additional section strength needed on larger diameter clamps under high clamping pressure. Suitable for marine exhaust connections, industrial silicone duct couplings, turbo inlet systems on large diesel engines and agricultural equipment with large-bore hydraulic hose connections.

• DBC45-W4: 35-45mm through DBC100-W4: 90-100mm (20mm band width)
• DBC110-W4: 100-110mm through DBC280-W4: 270-280mm (24mm band width)
