The 9100 Series lay flat hose clamps are W2 grade clamps with a profile specifically engineered for the flattened, woven construction of lay flat hose. Standard worm-drive clamps designed for round hose do not seat correctly on lay flat — they bridge the flattened sections and leak. Lay flat clamps clamp the full circumference once the hose is pressurised and round.

Lay flat hose is used extensively in farm irrigation transfer, dewatering, fire fighting reticulation and temporary water supply. W2 construction — stainless band with plated hardware — gives good corrosion resistance for the wet, often muddy environments these hoses operate in. Available in 2 inch through 4 inch to suit common Australian lay flat sizes.
