HCL Smart Products
Smart Band and Smart Tie are non-metallic banding systems manufactured in the UK by HCL Fasteners to ISO 9001 and DNV GL certified quality standards. Suited to applications where stainless steel corrodes, conducts or creates hazards — downhole mining, offshore and subsea installations, marine pile protection, sign fixing, and civil infrastructure.
- Smart Band — cut-to-length banding in 7mm, 10mm, 19mm and 32mm widths. PA66, POM and PA12 materials. Strength up to 440kgf (10mm). Non-corrosive, non-conductive, non-magnetic. Fitting tools available.
- Smart Tie — world's strongest polymer cable tie. 20mm and 32mm widths, 450–850mm lengths. PK (Polyketone) and PA66 materials. Up to 1,278kgf (32mm). Suitable for downhole and offshore cable management.

Stainless Steel Banding
Our 3200 Series stainless steel banding is manufactured from 304-grade stainless and suits applications where standard cable ties or clamps will not hold — pipe insulation, cable management in corrosive environments, securing signage and fencing, mining and construction bundling, and agricultural machinery. Supplied in rolls with buckles and complete kits including banding tool.
